Say what data you need. A request records a gap, never a value: it enters the same queue a connector’s output enters, and a scheduled run resolves whatever the corpus can already answer.

A run can answer a request from the corpus, or state precisely what the corpus does not carry. It cannot go and fetch new law — the agent has no web access.
